This is a locally owned and operated Cairns company, which is committed to providing a quality dive, snorkel and sailing experience to the Great Barrier Reef.

Each day Passions of Paradise will tailor the day’s itinerary to the weather conditions all on a brand new custom-designed 25m sailing catamaran.

All reef sites visited are open water reefs, with coral gardens rising from the ocean floor to just meters beneath the surface. Water entry is by stairs from the back deck of the boat. For more experienced divers, Passions have a dedicated dive tender to allow access to deeper waters. Reef locations offer a selection of drift dives, wall dives and swim throughs with the added bonus of complimentary dive guides available each day.

The Passions vessel is one of the largest commercial sailing catamarans in Australia and was purpose built to provide a fast (top speed of 16 knots), comfortable ride to the Great Barrier Reef. It has an air-conditioned interior saloon and exterior sun decks. Activities available include snorkeling, introductory and certified scuba diving (more information on these activities in the tabs below), glass bottom boat tours, swimming and sunbathing.
